By downloading or using RutMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone. You must be at least 13 years old to use RutMe. If you are under 18, please use RutMe with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
2. What RutMe provides
RutMe is a travel discovery and trip planning platform. We provide:
- Curated listings of restaurants, hotels, attractions, and events
- AI-powered itinerary planning and travel diary generation
- Trip expense tracking and budget management
- A community platform for reviews, stories, reels, and travel tips
- Personalised recommendations based on your preferences
All listings are provided for discovery and planning purposes. Pricing, hours, and availability shown in the app are reference information and may change. Always confirm with the venue directly before visiting.
3. Your content
Photos, reviews, stories, reels, and trip data you create on RutMe remain yours. By posting content on RutMe, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. You can delete your content at any time.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything false, offensive, or that violates anyone's rights.
4. Community conduct
RutMe is a community platform. We expect all users to behave respectfully. You may not use RutMe to:
- Post false or misleading reviews
- Harass or target other users
- Post offensive, explicit, or harmful content
- Scrape or copy data from the platform
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.
5. Bookings
In-app booking is currently under development and not yet available. All attractions, hotels, and experiences shown are for discovery only. Please book directly with the venue using the contact details on the listing. Updated booking terms will be published when this feature launches.
6. AI-generated content
RutMe uses AI to generate trip itineraries and travel diary stories. These are personalised suggestions based on your trip data and preferences. They are not professional travel advice. We do not guarantee accuracy and encourage you to verify key details such as opening hours and entry fees before visiting.
7. Group trips
When you invite members to a trip, they can view and edit the itinerary and add expenses. As the trip organiser, you are responsible for managing who has access. RutMe is not responsible for any disputes between trip members.
8. Intellectual property
All content created by RutMe — including the app design, curated listings, category structure, and platform features — belongs to RutMe and Livista360. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
RutMe is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that all listing information is always current. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you through the app when significant changes are made. Continued use of RutMe after changes means you accept the updated terms.
